Broken Clouds sudah terbit!

Setelah menunggu sepuluh tahun sejak novel terakhir di 2013, hari Rabu, 8 Maret tahun 2023 ini novel kelima saya, Broken Clouds, terbit di seluruh toko-toko buku Gramedia, gaes.

Ini cerita terlama yang pernah saya tulis sejak ide dan karakter novel ini pertama kali muncul di tahun 2012. Sejak pertama menulis, judul cerita ini sudah berganti sekian kali. Phew. Tapi ada dong yang konsisten dari awal kemunculannya tidak pernah berganti dan berubah, yaitu…nama tokoh utamanya.

Sinopsis Buku:
Dua belas tahun lalu, Geni “kabur” ke Australia. Kini rumah bagi Geni adalah di Kupang, tempat teman-temannya berada. Di sana Geni merasa bebas dan bisa berselancar di antara awan. Jauh dari usaha perjodohan, dari cercaan Ibu yang memintanya menetap di Jakarta. Dua belas tahun berlalu, perempuan itu muncul kembali di hidup Geni. Riani. Memaksa Geni menghadapi perasaan-perasaan yang belum selesai. Sejak kapan sih Geni kelimpungan karena satu perempuan mati-matian menghindarinya? Yang ada dia biasa dikejar-kejar. Geni pilot andal yang tak pernah gentar cuaca apa pun. Dia yakin bisa meluruskan apa pun yang pernah terjadi di antara dirinya dan Riani. Hanya saja, dia takut semua sudah terlambat….
