Susah karena saya ingin menggambarkan masa-masa gelap saya saat terkena Post Partum Depression (PPD) yang dimulai tahun 2011. Cerita di tulisan ini tentu fiksi. Namun emosinya nyata, walau hanya seujung kuku yang saya keluarkan.
Saya kirimkan draft tulisan ini ke beberapa teman. Hanya Nenek FM yang sanggup membacanya sampai akhir DAN memberikan input. Beberapa teman saya yang lain berhenti di seperempat cerita karena…it’s too dark, too emotionally consuming. I don’t blame them. It’s the same reason why I could only write a tiny bit of the emotion.
Nenek FM juga yang menyemangati saya untuk menerbitkan cerita ini dan menulis sisa emosi saya. Residu PPD itu harus keluar. Jujur, saya belum mau mulai menulis tentang itu lagi. Afraid I can’t pull myself together.
