Makanan Bangladesh ini enak untuk diseruput di malam-malam yang dingin atau di hari-hari yang panas. Kalau sudah jadi, rupanya mirip bubur ayam. Tapi ini bubur susu.
Bahan:
-Lascha shamai 150 gr. Laccha shamai ini sejenis 
vermicelli manis tipis-tipis. Kalau beli di toko Bangladesh atau toko India, yang punya toko pasti tau deh makhluk semai ini…
-Susu putih cair setengah liter.
-Gula, sesukanya. Harusnya sih yang banyak karena makanan ini rasanya kudu manis.
-Sebatang dua batang kecil kayu manis.
Cara Memasak:
1. Rebus susu hingga mendidih. Hati-hati luber.
2. Tambahkan gula. Rasain, eh, rasakan. Bila kurang manis, ya ditambah lagi laahh..
3. Masukkan kayu manis. Diamkan sebentar supaya bau dan rasanya bercampur di susu.
4. Lascha sha mai tadi diremas-remas hingga hancur. Masukkan ke susu mendidih tadi. Aduk.
5. Aduk terus hingga bercampur rata dengan susu dan agak mengental.
6. Matikan kompor. Kalau tidak dimatikan kan bahaya…
Cara Makan:
Hari dingin: Langsung santap. Hati-hati panas membakar lidah.
Hari panas: Simpan di lemari es semalaman. Keluarkan besoknya, langsung santap tanpa perlu dipanaskan lagi.
Hari gak panas gak dingin: Seenak udelnya aja lah…
